Nancy Lewellen
Founder - Licensed Abstracter - Notary Public
Moving to the Polo, South Dakota area from New England, North Dakota at the age of 13. Nancy graduated from Polo High School before attending college at Northern State University. Obtaining her Associates Degree in Marketing, and in time returning to Miller, SD Nancy landed a position with a law firm for 10 years before accepting a position at Hand County Title Company. Along with the family title business Nancy is Secretary Treasurer of the South Dakota Land and Title Association Board.

Bill Lewellen
Co-Founder - Notary Public
Born and raised in Miller, South Dakota, Bill graduated from Miller High School before venturing to Lake Area Vo-Tech. Bill worked for the City of Miller for 34 years with the last 29 years acting as the Electrical Superintendent. Retiring from the City of Miller in 2020, Bill currently works part time in the Faulk and Edmunds locations while helping managing them all.

Amanda Ochsner
Office Manager, Edmunds County - Licensed Abstracter - Notary Public
Also, a Miller, South Dakota Native, Amanda, graduated from Miller High School in 2014, continuing her education to South Dakota State University obtaining a Bachelor’s in Science. Before returning to the family business to run the Edmunds County location Amanda worked at a title company in Sioux Falls getting the experience needed to obtain her abstracter license in February of 2021.

Lesli Melius-Jensen
Office Manager, Faulk County - Licensed Abstracter - Notary Public
Lesli was born and raised in Faulk County, South Dakota and continues to live in Faulkton, South Dakota with her husband Josh. She is a graduate of Faulkton High School. Lesli began working for Faulk County Land & Title in January of 2014 and became a licensed abstracter in October of 2017. When Bill & Nancy purchased the title company she remained on and continues to be a key member of the team by managing the Faulk County Office of Heartland Title Companies of South Dakota dba Faulk County Land & Title.
